East Coast Designer Builders Project Quality Planning
East Coast Designer Builders develop Project Quality Plans that details how quality is managed on specific construction projects.
A Project Quality Plan is implemented at the beginning of the project and ensures Quality in that specific project being constructed. The Purpose of the Project Quality Plan is to list all the activities and tasks that the construction processes utilises.
These activities and tasks are defined by standards set by East Coast Designer Builders Australian Standards, Building Legislation, Building Codes Australia etc.
The Project Quality Plan identifies which Quality Systems and Standards are relevant to each project and determines how can they be satisfied. It includes the implementation of Organisatioinal Quality Policies, Inspection and Test Plans, Checklists and other documentation that have been develpoped by East Coast Designer Builders.
This PQP system is an integral part of East Coast Designer BUilders Quality Control. Monitoring the results of the various activities assist in implementing continuous improvement of Quality.
The Project Quality Plan is an important part of the overall Quality Assurance of the copmpany.
